Amity Realty Group, LLC

Amity Realty Group was founded by Mr. Ron Modiano. Over the years, he has successfully represented numerous buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in all types of real estate dealings, and has experience with single-family, multi-family, condominiums, mixed-use, land and commercial properties transactions. Mr. Modiano negotiated many short sales with lenders on behalf of his clients and represented banks in the sale of REO properties. Ron holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
