The company is part of GoldsteinButler, Inc. named for the married owners Dennis Goldstein and Marian Butler. We are all licensed to help you manage, lease, rent, sell or buy Ventura County properties. Broker Dennis Goldstein purchased and began managing his first rental property in 1979 and began selling residential real estate in 1981. Dennis quickly found he could be very helpful to property owners, buyers and tenants by selling, managing and leasing properties of all kinds. Dennis served as the 2014 President of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR) and he was voted 2008 Broker/Owner of the Year. 2015 served as a director for California Real Estate Technology Service. Dennis served as Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity Chairman for VCCAR. Dennis was a director for the California Association of Realtors Investment Property Committee, Housing Committee and Risk Analysis Committee. He served as VCCAR 2012 Treasurer, 2013 chairman of the VCCAR Multiple Listing Committee. He is a graduate of UCSB. Marian Butler has been involved with Real Estate since the 70’s. She is a licensed Real Estate agent and a graduate of Cal State, Fresno. She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland.
