Billy Burk is a local real estate developer, who together with his wife GiGi Gaubert Burk, own and operate multiple firms encompassing areas of real estate that include development, consulting, general contracting / building, transaction brokering and investing. Their primary market is residential, however they contribute to the industrial and commercial markets as well. Together with their team of skilled, experienced and enthusiastic staff they have developed over $55 million and sold over $225 million since their beginnings back in 2000. Billy’s primary focus is currently on residential single family home developments, both speculative and custom builds. Their greatest accomplishments however lie within the many relationships created and kept dear among clients, employees, agents, co-workers, investors, vendors, subs and many others.
