Blue Collar Realty was birthed from the vision of a group of people who share a love of real estate, a belief that hard working people deserve to have someone working hard for them regardless of the size of their bank account, that doing that right thing is terribly underrated by most people and should not be, that serving others is a way of life and that God is good in all circumstances. We strive to hire the best agents by keeping overhead low and paying better splits than our competition while still offering the support, training, and tools they need to excel at their job. We know that your home is probably the biggest investment you will ever make, whether you have a $30,000 or a million dollar house we know it needs to be handled with care and respect. We appreciate you trusting us and value your business. We also believe in helping to provide a better tomorrow for future generations, which is why we started Blue Collar Cares. Our business is a blessing so we plan to use 10% of every dollar we make to bless our local communities through giving back. We believe that giving back is more than just financial and will also be partnering with local people and organizations to give our agents, friends, and clients volunteer opportunities that will directly impact people’s lives through community service days. These will be made public in advance so anyone who wants to join can participate.
