Buying or selling a home is an exciting time and it can be a challenging time. I know that firsthand. I've bought or built homes in several areas of Sioux City diring the course of my lifetime. My name is Bob Patton and I'm a lifelong resident of this community. Not only am I knowledgeable about the region and the local market, I'm excited about the opportunity to help my clients find a home that's the right fit for them. Before choosing a career in real estate, I worked in Pricing and Sales at Wells Blue Bunny. I also spent about ten years in technical support and business analytics at Gateway, as well as ten years in sales for Frito Lay. After my graduation from North High School I attended both Iowa State University and the University of Iowa. I came back to my hometown and married my high school sweetheart Shannon. We're busy raising our two teenagers. But, I still find time to enjoy some football, basketball and golf.
