From the charming bungalows and high rises of downtown Orlando to the waterfront, picturesque towns of Lake County, Brett Thomas Winters – known to many as BTW – is equipped to handle all of your real estate needs. A rare, true Florida native, Brett was born and raised just north of Orlando. He graduated from Mount Dora High School and then ventured even further north to the University of Florida. And while he is an enthusiastic and devoted Gator, Brett is also an advocate of equality – he proudly counts many Seminoles, Knights, Bulls, and Hurricanes (and more!) among his happy clients. After obtaining a degree in Telecommunication while working as a news reporter, Brett returned to the metro Orlando area. He clocked thousands of miles a month achieving great success in corporate sales for several years – seeing much of the state while also building strong personal and professional relationships right here in Central Florida. His passion for real estate and desire to connect with his local community eventually led him to obtain his real estate license and join Olde Town Brokers. Brett’s natural relationship-building skills quickly became a fundamental key to his success, and by his second year as a Realtor, he was honored as one of Olde Town Brokers’ Top 10 Producers.
