California Oaks Realtors, a long time fixture in Real Estate was re-established in 1994. It is family owned and operated by Bob and Linda Freeny. Bob and Linda, who had both worked before in corporate offices viewed the chance to re-open California Oaks Realtors as an opportunity to good to pass up. Leaving the corporate world was the best thing they ever did. California Oaks is one of the few independent offices left in Ventura County, as most independents are now selling out to the “BIG “names. The atmosphere at California Oaks is best described as people friendly. Clients who walk through the doors immediately feel at home. The real estate agents are not high pressure but are extremely successful in serving their client’s needs. They do not charge “garbage” fees” like the large corporate offices under the guise of a processing fee. All of our fees, and services are included in the real estate commissions…no extra, or add on charges.
