Cindy bought a 1914 Craftsman Bungalow in Downtown Orlando’s Historic District in 2003, she bought a condo at The Waverly on Lake Eola in 2011 and in 2014 she moved her real estate business to Olde Town Brokers. Having lived and worked in Downtown Orlando for more than a decade, she is a local expert and specializes in Thornton Park and Lake Eola Heights. Cindy’s active in the Thornton Park Neighborhood Association and the Waverly Condo Association. She serves on a Neighborhood Committee evaluating the feasibility of creating Downtown Orlando’s first Dog Park. Cindy volunteers with the City of Orlando as a Swan Docent at Lake Eola Park and also at the Coalition for the Homeless. She was a member of the PTA at Hillcrest Elementary School, Orange County Public School’s Foreign Language Magnet, where her daughter was in the French Academy. Her daughter is currently in 6th grade at Blankner Middle School and will be attending Boone High School. Cindy has first-hand knowledge of many of the local private schools including Park Maitland School, Lake Highland Preparatory School, and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Orlando. Cindy Gold has built a thriving real estate business by focusing on helping her clients reach their personal real estate goals. Her professionalism, ethics and strong attention to detail have won her lifelong clients and 85% of her real estate business comes from past client referrals. Prior to joining Olde Town Brokers, she had a successful career with industry giant Keller Williams.
