Mr. Theroux is a native of Waterbury, living in Middlebury, and attended local schools. He attended the University of Connecticut with a concentration in business. He has been a licensed broker for 35 years. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and the Country Club of Waterbury. His experience is as a Real Estate Developer with expertise in the field of commercial and large scale residential (both multi-family and upscale single family) land developments. He has been specializing in commercial and industrial brokerage for 20 years.
