After assembling a team of the area’s most knowledgeable professionals, our leaders then integrated the use of the latest technologies and most advanced marketing concepts to create a business platform based on shared information and team communication. They installed computers for data management, a revolutionary upgrade in 1991, and they also implemented a shared marketing program that each agent could access for self-promotion.
