FRANK BOZIKOVICH

Frank is a retail and land specialist in the Greater Tampa Bay market. With over 20 years of experience, Frank guides his clients through site location analysis, land assemblage, investment sales and purchases and commercial lease negotiations. He has worked with many of the nation’s 100 largest retailers, the franchise industry, developers and investors. Frank is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors. He recently received FGCAR’s 2017 Top Producer Award for the highest volume of transactions in the Regional Investment Brokerage division.
