Heather Baros Sales Partner

My name is Heather Barros, and I am a proud member of the Treasure Davis Team since 2017. I have been working in real estate since 2016, after spending 16 years in the Dentistry field. As part of the Treasure Davis Team, I work as a Sales Partner and Buying Specialist. My former career in the dental field allowed me to develop expert management skills, troubleshooting, treatment coordinating and financing options, that can directly translate into the skills needed to be a successful real estate agent. As a Sales Partner and Buying Specialist, I expand on my current skills and qualification, and never cease to expand my horizons, to directly benefit my clients. I specialize in first-time home buyers, focusing on the critical aspects that are associated with such a monumental decision. I personally seek out an end result that most benefits the client first and foremost, and an outcome that my clients can be confident and proud of. With first-time home buyers, I enjoy being able to coach them through the buying process, and thoroughly explaining all the “firsts” that are associated with buying a home. There are so many exciting aspects of home buying, and I want to ensure that my clients understand all the aspects, leaving them unwavering in their decision, and satisfied with their purchase. I am currently seeking my Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) designation, which would allow me to further exercise my negotiating skills, to afford my clients the best value available. In addition, to provide my clients with the all-encompassing experience that they deserve, I am seeking my General Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation which would allow me to better educate my clients on business planning, taxes, and investments.
