John G. Famiglietti Owner/Broker

John is a native of Wolcott, and is a graduate of Central Connecticut State College with a BA Degree in Geography / Urban Studies. Prior to his Real Estate career’ he owned and operated a catering business, serving the community for 18 years. John currently lives in Middlebury and has been active in the Real Estate community for the past 14 yrs. Prior to joining Drubner Commercial, John was the managing partner of Commercial Connection, a real estate company specializing in Retail and Commercial properties throughout the state. John worked as a tenant rep for national and regional tenants, and developers who were looking to expand in Connecticut. John is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. John is also active with the Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Waterbury and several other civic groups such as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
