John Selva has become the #1 Real Estate agent in Little Rock's Hillcrest neighborhood through his passionate involvement in protecting and advancing the historic district's spirit of community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. His business background and focus on community collaboration has led him to many volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles such as Hillcrest Resident's Association President and Board Member, Hillcrest Merchant's Association member, Midland Hills July 4th Parade Organizer, Hillcrest HarvestFest Sponsor and Coordinator. John opened Pulaski Heights Realty in 2007. In creating his company, John has selected experienced brokers and sales associates that reflect his commitment to strict ethical standards while promoting community and economic growth in Little Rock. John received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is a charter class graduate of the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts. Following high school, he served in the U.S. Navy 1995-1999. He is married to Jena Selva, and they have four children William (12), Rowan (9), Vivienne (4), Clark (2)
