Licensed since 2003, Karey is the Owner of the Preferred Advisors Team. You may have seen her on TV with Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank or heard her hosting the weekly Radio Show Real Estate 101 on Saturday at 10:00 am on WIBW 580. She will tell you that everything about the Preferred Advisors Team is unlike any other team in the area. The team operates as a true team and that is exactly what she wanted when she bought her own real estate franchise. She was quick to change the name of the team to Preferred Advisors Team because she wanted people to know she wasn’t doing this on her own. She has the best agents she’s ever had the pleasure of working with and branding the team to just her name “Karey Brown Team” didn’t reflect others that helped to make this team a team. She was raised to work hard by her dad, a farmer, until his passing and her mother a teacher. In her time away from the office, Karey enjoys clear waters and sandy beaches and tries to spend as much time as possible soaking up the sun with her husband, Troy, and her children, Cody, Dalton, and Cassidy.
