Continually evaluating and reviewing our brokerage business practices, Markus updates, and develops processes to optimize the brokerage business by taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to further innovate and grow the business. In addition to his management responsibilities, he is also a broker who specializes in representing corporate tenants with their office real estate needs. This includes expansions, consolidations, contractions, terminations, relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructuring of leases.
