The history of our company is rooted in the history of Stamford itself. Stamford native Gene Rubino founded Plaza Realty & Management Corporation in 1970 as the first full service real estate company in the area at a time when the city was experiencing a building renaissance as an important business hub. As Stamford grew, so too did Plaza Realty. Experienced in all facets of real estate, Plaza Realty was among the first to offer a comprehensive spectrum of specialized services, including turnkey property management for homeowner associations, condominium communities and commercial investment properties, along with sales, leasing and real estate marketing to meet their needs.
