Sarah Brenton Smith

Sarah (Brenton) Smith has a passion for real estate and all things related to housing! As David’s daughter, Sarah has been with the Team since the beginning. Growing up in a real estate household has provided her with years of training even before officially joining the Team. Sarah has served in every role on the Team during her many years as a Team Member- from directional sign placement to REALTOR to Office Manager- she has done it all. With Sarah's years of experiences and varied roles, she serves as a valued resource for all members of the Team. Sarah is a licensed REALTOR® since 2007 and currently manages the Team's daily operations. She also coordinates the Team's marketing efforts and oversees the Team’s Guaranteed Sale Program.
