Susan has been a broker with Sitka Realty ever since she relocated here in 2011. Beginning her real estate career in 1995 as a title insurance agent, Susan starting selling real estate in 2001 in New Hampshire, where she still holds a Broker’s license. The only agent in Sitka with not just one, but three highly coveted designations, Susan is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and has achieved the honorable Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Susan is a persuasive communicator and thrives in brokering the best deal for her clients. She understands the personal nature of real estate transactions and creates a unique experience custom tailored to each client.
