(Paul) is absolutely fantastic!! Very organized and engaged. At the beginning of our tour, he provided a great handout of all the properties we were seeing that day with maps, pictures, neighborhood info, etc. Even gave me directions to a school I was visiting because he remembered I had mentioned we had an appointment later on in the day. There were some questions we had during the tour about some of the properties we looked at, and before the tour was even over, he had the answers. After the trip, he sent us a summary of all the properties and what we mentioned as pros and cons…..and more. Two thumbs up!
