Chris Tran has lived in Scottsdale, AZ since transitioning out of the US Army where he served nine years as a commissioned officer. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from The Citadel (The Military College of South Carolina) in Charleston, SC. After graduation, Chris commissioned into the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer where he served at Fort Lewis, WA. During his military career, Chris deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan for twelve months and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Combat Action Badge. Chris transitioned from the US Army to an Operations Management role with Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Chris had instant success with Amazon because of his extensive background in leadership, team building, and process improvement. The decision to launch a career in Real Estate was a very natural choice for Chris. With a solid and extensive background in business, sales, project management, communication and an overarching bias for outstanding customer service, Chris' ability to deliver for his clients is unparalleled. He offers clients a unique combination of services, as he is able to oversee and coordinate the entire real estate transaction, from pre-qualification of buyers, with an in-house escrow company, home inspections, strong title insurance affiliates, transaction coordination and a high caliber marketing system.
