As a former environmental engineer, I pair the thrill of value investing with the vision of sensible urban planning. I'm data focused, result-driven, but and very aware of the changing real estate landscape in the City of Detroit and beyond. I grew up in the sprawling semi-rural suburbs, and do not only understand the tidal wave of growth and investment in the City, but am intensely part of it. I have a passion for the whole state, and currently manage offices in both Detroit and the Ann Arbor area. I'm also knowledgeable in the "tip of the Mitt", and increasingly becoming involved in the Keweenaw Peninsula. In a way similar to my performance in Detroit, I typically enter a new-to-me market through purchasing distressed property myself. I'm focused on the up-and-coming areas exploding with value just outside of Downtown and Midtown. These are historic homes, townhomes, vacant lots, and commercial properties that are in close proximity to all of the action, but also discounted and take a unique lens to bring projects to fruition.
