Michelle Jacobs (aka Wonder Woman) is an EXCEPTIONAL broker. As first-time buyers, in a seller’s market, she somehow managed to make us feel empowered, educated, comfortable and confident when looking at houses. We learned so much from her before we even signed a contract with her. Choosing Michelle to be our agent was the single most important decision we made during the buying process. There was never any pressure to make a decision but there was always support, wisdom and insight. She was patient with our learning curve and intuitively knew when to give us space/time. We found her to be well-informed on the nuances of the various neighborhoods in downtown Raleigh and if there was any topic that she couldn’t immediately answer, she knew multiple attorneys, contractors, builders or plumbers that she could consult. In addition to all of this, she was always prepared with detailed information from the MLS, snacks, hand sanitizer and water. I cannot explain just how much of a pleasure it was working with Michelle. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for in a fairly stress-free process, but we had FUN doing it too. We have already referred friends and family to her and yes…they chose her and yes, they have also already found homes that they love. Thank you, Michelle!
