Dream Town began in 1998 with a small office, an espresso machine, and a new vision for Chicago real estate sales. We recognized that the internet represented a new frontier for the industry, and focused our energy on learning how buyers, sellers and investors would be making use of it in the future. Our insight paid off—as internet technology expanded and became more accessible, we were in a prime position to capture the many new real estate shoppers who were using the web to search for a new home. Knowing we were on the right track empowered us to keep thinking of new ways we could innovate within the internet real estate process. We built the most robust property listings search engine on the web, which helped match buyers with their ideal home purchases and sellers with their ideal buyers. We developed proprietary software that gave brokers and their clients an edge in finding great deals on the market first. We became experts on web strategies such as SEO and creating partnerships that granted our listings maximum exposure. But technology alone didn’t build Dream Town into the Chicago success story it is today. Dream Town is about the people who call it home. We've created a unique culture of collaboration and growth, where each member of the team works together and shares their knowledge and resources. We've put service, integrity, and creativity at our core. Today, Dream Town holds a well-earned reputation in the Chicago area for both its impressive sales volume and its dedication to personal, attentive service. We have also been honored to be named the exclusive regional representative of the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents, granting us an advantage in the luxury markets of the city and North Shore suburbs.
