Shirley is an excellent Realtor, with a strong knowledge base of the Springfield market. She operates with a high degree of ethics. While it took longer than we wanted for our home to sell (due to the fact that it was in a high price bracket) Shirley stuck with us. She marketed our home creatively and aggressively. During negotiations she represented us well and we are happy with the outcome. When it cam time to buy a home, she was readily available to show us many, many homes. Her knowledge of the market, understanding of home features and how it equates to value as well as knowledge of potential building/property issues was an asset to our process. We believe we purchased a house that is not only an excellent value, but will provide a wonderful home for our family.
