Jim Heglund President, REALTOR

Heglund Sova, Inc. is a real estate company specializing in residential homes and condominiums since 1993. Jim is President of REALICO, Inc., a condominium association management, commercial, and international real estate company, since 1984. He is also President of Wonderland Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm specializing in recreational properties, since 1993. Currently, Jim is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS, and the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS. He is a founding board member and Secretary for World Class Tae Kwon Do, Inc. of Tae Park Tae Kwon Do, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Jim is the former Vice President of the Mason-Oceana-Manistee Board of REALTORS, Vice President of the Forest Hills Youth Football League, Treasurer and Vice President of the Forest Hills Central Athletic Boosters, and Chairman of the Board for the American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids. Jim is a graduate of Michigan State University and the REALTORS Institute of the University of Michigan. He is also a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS and a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS.
