JOHN B. WELLS, JR

John Wells joined Newmark Grubb Zimmer in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of management experience from previous positions as an operations manager for a major industrial intermodal company and as an officer in the United States Navy. As a property manager at Newmark Grubb Zimmer, Mr. Wells is responsible for the management of industrial and office buildings located throughout the Kansas City region. His specific responsibilities include property maintenance, lease enforcement, tenant and owner relations, rent collection, contract negotiations and administration, budget preparation, implementation, and owner reporting. Mr. Wells has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
