An entrepreneur by nature, Kathleen has been living and working in South Florida real estate for more than two decades, earning recognition for her outstanding efforts in sales and management that place her firmly in the ranks of the top producers. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Kathleen was the Director of Administration and Vice President for a large company where she oversaw public relations and promotions. In addition, she has a background in Human Resources and facility management. This culmination of various experience led down a professional path where she ultimately found her true professional love in real estate. Specializing in the luxury residential real estate of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami and Miami's waterfront, her extensive knowledge of the local communities, combined with her easily approachable demeanor, is complemented by her tenacity and artful negotiation skills. A Miami native, Kathleen enjoys remaining active in her community and has served as the President of the Coconut Grove Village Council as well as on many local real estate boards and councils. She has a passion for photography which she uses for both personal and professional endeavors. When she is not working, she enjoys travel, boating and road trips with her family exploring all that South Florida has to offer from the Keys to the Everglades and beyond.
