Meet Mark Templeton … Designated Broker/Owner at Templeton Real Estate Group. I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and I continue to be amazed at how quickly things change and at the same time remain the same. In 1999 my wife, son and I headed north to Boise, Idaho. I settled into the mortgage side of real estate and in 2004 I opened Mortgage Pro as the acting mortgage broker and owner. In 2009, I saw the need for homeowners unable to refinance and heavily underwater financially in their homes to find a way to sell their property. I decided to get my Idaho Real Estate Broker’s license and the transition was set in motion for a 2010 move to real estate full time. Next was the logical choice to join forces with my already successful wife in further building and establishing a real estate power in East Boise. This turned out to be the best decision I ever made! We continue to grow and the future is truly unlimited and I am excited to see this company progress to the next level.
