Tonya has been in residential real estate for six years and is experienced in working with both buyers and sellers. She combines expertise in today’s real estate market with effective negotiation strategies, and a proactive approach to navigate the often complex aspects of home sales. Living in the Portland area for 17 years, she brings enthusiasm and knowledge about the area’s amenities to help her clients find the right home in the right neighborhood. Originally from Presque Isle, Tonya moved south in 2001 to attend college at the University of Southern Maine and quickly knew this is her forever home. She currently lives in South Portland with her daughter, Scotlyn. They enjoy going to the movies, being at the soccer field, at the lake and are always up for an outdoor adventure.
