When Wendy was 18 years old and hanging out in her dorm with some friends at St. Mary’s College, she announced “when I’m older, I just want to own a lot of real estate.” Who says things like that? Later, in 2006, Wendy earned her real estate license and she announced to her friends and family “One day, I’m going to start a brokerage.” She certainly took her time getting this company started. 13 years later, Elevate Real Estate Brokerage was born.
